Inspired by Mowgli’s discovery of the world, my first cinematic experience at the age of 10 led me to wonder about people and their motivations. Years later I learned that human behaviour does not take place in a vacuum, but in a social context, and it is shaped by the environment in which it takes place. So I began to immerse myself in the dynamics of organisational cultures. For 19 years I have been working as a consultant in organisations where I have designed cultural change processes, making complex topics more tangible and accessible to others.
