Anita Lung | Consultant, Trainer and Coach

»I start with the system and the way the people involved see themselves, and I set up situations where people listen to one another and see familiar things in a new light. That sparks change.«

As a sociologist and systemic consultant, I look at how organisations are embedded in their social context, as I firmly believe that close cooperation is what enables the future-proof development of an organisation. I’m a passionate practitioner of systems theory in both consulting and leadership, with a special focus on organisational culture. When working with clients, I impart clarity and persist no matter the challenges.

Special consulting expertise in Central and Eastern Europe, SMEs, NPOs and the public sector. Building bridges between people, issues and the worlds of business and science in order to spark change.
