The most interesting aspect of my work is to see the different approaches that organisations can chose to become a workplace that is interesting, meaningful and fun. Getting to know this variety of unique culture, character and internal logic is similarly amazing to me as travelling to distant countries. I find it particularly fascinating that there is no single panacea for a strong organisational culture. That is what makes working towards this goal so exciting.
